For emergencies regarding Venture Three property, call 772-229-2333 and leave a detailed voice mail. If it is an actual emergency, corrective action will be taken ASAP.
Examples of emergencies:
Any issue that constitutes an immediate hazard to community property.
Exterior water and sewer break under Venture Three’s maintenance responsibility.
Examples of non-emergencies:
Rule violations that are not an immediate hazard to community property.
FOB and key community access issues.
Copying, faxing and notarizing.
